FOB SINGAPORE TTO PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer issues ICPO with Buyer’s Singapore bank details along with their CIS to Seller.
2. Upon acceptance, Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) to Buyer for the total cargo value to purchase.
3. Buyer signs CI and returns to Seller.
4. Buyer to issue their Proof of Funds (POF) via MT199 to Singapore bank DBS.
5. Upon confirming Buyer’s POF status, Seller prepares all documentation for Buyer & Buyer’s inspecting team to do dip test in Seller’s tank(s). Buyer does not need to make any payment for entry to Seller’s storage logistics for dip test, except Buyer’s own expense for their inspecting team.
6. When results of the dip test are positive, cargo injection operations begin. Buyer has 3 days to complete its injection operations. If additional day(s) are required, Buyer will pay USD80,000 per day.
7. Upon completion of injection operations, Buyer will make full payment from Buyer’s Singapore bank for the cargo injected into Buyer’s storage tanks/vessel tanks within 24 hours to Seller’s Singapore bank.
8. Once payment is received from Buyer, Seller will issue Title Ownership to Buyer.
